Refund and Returns Policy
At Skyline Exhausts, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every product we offer. If you receive an item with a manufacturing fault, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly and fairly.
Eligibility for a Refund or Replacement
You may be eligible for a full refund or product replacement if:
- The defect is clearly due to a manufacturing fault and not the result of misuse, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage.
- The item is reported within 7 days of delivery.
- You provide clear photographic or video evidence of the defect.
- The item has not been installed, altered, or used.
Inspection & Verification
Once we receive your complaint and supporting documentation:
- Our technical team will inspect and verify the fault.
- If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, we will either:
- Issue a full refund, or
- Send a replacement part/item at no additional cost.
Non-Eligible Cases
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:
- Damage caused during installation or by external impact
- Modifications or misuse of the product
- Items reported after 7 days of delivery
- Products purchased as clearance or custom orders
Return Instructions
If a return is approved:
- We will provide you with return instructions and shipping details.
- In some cases, we may arrange free return shipping for defective items.
